Important Pre-order Information

Once the pre-order closes, the products will go into production. From that point, you can no longer cancel or modify your order.

Shipping Information

Pre-orders are expected to be shipped to you in 3-4 weeks. While we do our utmost to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time, unforeseen delays may occur. Please note that canceling an order is not possible, even in case of delays. Delays caused by force majeure are to be considered acceptable and are not the responsibility of Tenacity Wear. By buying this product, you agree to this terms & conditions. We will keep you updated with regular e-mail notifications throughout the entire process.

Will I be charged customs for my order? An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.


How do I track my order?

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at tenacitywear23@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
